Scope of work: Cloudesley Road Project — Listed Building Grade II

A Grade II listed glass box structure extension to the rear, along with a new-build brick wall raising the ground floor level. Works included demolition of the existing bathroom, exposed brickwork detailing, and timber windows throughout. The lower ground floor was fitted with low-profile underfloor heating, alongside a new bathroom renovation and a bespoke tulipwood shaker kitchen. Additional works comprised a full lighting and electrical installation, new drainage with pump system installation, and minor landscaping to complete the scheme.
