Scope of Work: Vincent Terrace — Listed Building Grade II Full Refurbishment

Planetium delivered a comprehensive full refurbishment of this Grade II listed, four-storey terraced house, working closely with the design team led by Resident Architects Ltd throughout. The scope covered full roofing works, lower ground floor waterproofing and tanking, and bespoke joinery to match the property’s existing period detailing alongside careful repair and restoration of original joinery to bring it back to life. A new European oak staircase was installed internally, complemented by a metal staircase providing exterior access, while bespoke fire-rated steel glazed doors and a matching steel-framed shower enclosure added a contemporary industrial touch throughout. The kitchen was fitted out as a bespoke DeVol olive shaker design, paired with traditional bathrooms finished in nickel fittings — all carried out alongside complete M&E installation across all four floors, external repairs, and full internal refurbishment of the bedrooms and living spaces, preserving the building’s historic character while meeting listed building consent requirements and delivering a fully modernised family home.
