Battersea Apartment, SW11 

Set in a quiet riverside pocket of Battersea with views over the River Thames, this cosy two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment of around 1,000 sq ft underwent a complete transformation, with Planetium taking full ownership of design, materials selection and procurement while the client managed the project remotely from abroad.

The renovation began with a full upgrade of services, including complete replumbing and rewiring throughout. New timber double-glazed windows and doors were installed, improving both thermal and acoustic performance alongside dedicated fire safety upgrades. Herringbone wood flooring was laid throughout, setting a warm, refined tone that carried through into the two newly designed bathrooms and the bespoke kitchen and joinery. The apartment was fully dry-lined and decorated to a high standard, delivering a cohesive, elevated finish throughout.

Acting as Principal Contractor, Planetium managed the project end-to-end — from design and specification through to procurement and final handover — delivering a polished, move-in-ready home for a client working entirely from overseas.
