This 1,500 sq ft, three-bedroom terraced house in Fulham was transformed through a mansard loft conversion and comprehensive internal reconfiguration, delivering a bright, contemporary home while adding valuable extra living space.
The mansard conversion introduced a new bedroom and en-suite bathroom, supported by structural steelwork, timber framing and upgraded insulation throughout. New timber windows and doors were installed, and a bespoke timber staircase — finished in carpet with glass balustrades — connects the new floor seamlessly with the rest of the house. Spotlighting and a full mechanical and electrical upgrade were carried out throughout, alongside a striking wet room shower and freestanding bathtub. A bespoke kitchen with matching joinery and vanity units, together with herringbone wood flooring, complete the contemporary finish that runs through the whole property.
Planetium worked closely with the architect throughout, delivering the project from structural works through to final fit-out and combining careful internal reconfiguration with high-end contemporary detailing.
