Sloane Gardens, Chelsea

Set within a striking red brick facade in the heart of Chelsea’s prestigious Cadogan Estate, this project involved the complete transformation of a 1,500 sq ft three-bedroom apartment, located within the historic Sloane Square Conservation Area.

Planetium delivered a full strip-out and reconfiguration, creating an open-plan kitchen and living space while carefully restoring the property’s existing period joinery and character features. The scheme included a complete mechanical and electrical upgrade, with a Philip Hue smart lighting system installed throughout, alongside a bespoke kitchen featuring Taj Mahal quartzite countertops and Bora induction cooking. A new shower bathroom was added, and acoustic and fire safety improvements were carried out to bring the apartment up to modern standards without compromising its heritage detailing. Bespoke joinery and finishes were used throughout to deliver a refined, high-end result.

Acting as Principal Contractor, Planetium managed the project from strip-out to completion, working in close collaboration with the interior designer and liaising directly with Cadogan Estate Management to ensure full compliance with the estate’s exacting standards throughout the works.
